The Bronze Certification encompasses five main parameters:

1. Leadership: Roles and responsibilities are distinctly defined at all organizational levels, with periodic evaluations to ensure regulatory compliance.

2. Clean Workplace: Cleaning and hygiene processes are implemented to meet product, process, customer, and regulatory requirements. Equipment, tools, and workspaces are kept clean, organized, and clutter-free according to set standards.

3. Occupational Safety: Safety risks are identified and addressed to reduce or eliminate them. Employees receive appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and necessary safety training.

4. Timely Delivery: Systems are in place to record and monitor deliveries, ensuring adherence to delivery contracts.

5. Quality Management: Quality requirements for products and processes are established, monitored, and reinforced through training for relevant personnel.
